Morris is located on Provincial Trunk Highway 75, 30 minutes south of Winnipeg in the centre of the Red River Valley.  Morris is Centerport’s southern link connecting it to the US.  We are a unique transportation hub with two highways and two railways strategically connecting us to the international trade routes.

    The Morris Museum recently received a request from researchers at York University, who are currently doing a research project on nursing sisters during World War One. They are looking for pictures (either of nurses or taken by the nurses themselves), as well as diaries, letters, and other similar material.

    Many of our work places host annual Christmas banquets. It’s a time to enjoy a good meal, and get to enjoy time together away from the workplace. Most banquets also feature entertainment of some sort, but to showcase a Juno award winner is pretty special.
