Morris is located on Provincial Trunk Highway 75, 30 minutes south of Winnipeg in the centre of the Red River Valley. Morris is Centerport’s southern link connecting it to the US. We are a unique transportation hub with two highways and two railways strategically connecting us to the international trade routes.

Please be advised that a live trap for coyotes has been set at the south end of town. The trap will remain set until next week, after which if the coyote has not been caught, the Town of Morris will consult with Manitoba Conservation on alternative methods. During this time, please keep your pets contained on a leash at all times when outdoors to avoid being caught in the trap in the cold temperatures.

Please be advised that, as approved by the Manitoba Public Utilities Board Act, Order #3/14, an increase of $0.15 per 1000 gallons has been passed on to the Town of Morris from the Pembina Valley Water Co-op, which provides water to the whole southern Red River region. This increase will take effect on January 1, 2016.
