 PUBLIC NOTICE

 REGARDING THE 2020 FINANCIAL PLAN

 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to subsection 162(2) of The Municipal Act that the Council of the Town of Morris intends to present its Financial Plan (Budget) for the fiscal year 2020 at a public hearing on April 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town of Morris Council Chambers, #1-380 Stampede Grounds, Morris, Manitoba.

The Financial Plan consists of:

 Operating Budget

 Capital Budget

 Estimate of Operating Revenue & Expenditures for the following fiscal year

 Five Year Capital Expenditure Plan

The purpose of the hearing is to allow any interested person to make a presentation, ask questions or register an objection to the financial plan as provided.  Copies of the financial plan will be available for review at the Town Office during regular office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.)
