One month- We recommend this option  to try out our facility. Please note, fobs must be exchange on a monthly basis when choosing this option and paid days may be lost  by renewing each month.

Morris Wellness Centre is a non-profit community service and offers various fitness equipment for cardio training, body building and weight training.

WARNING
The Morris Wellness Centre is under video surveillance 24/7 and the videos will be checked daily in the case of improper use of membership access or inappropriate behaviour by members while in the facility.

Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations/refunds/transfer  for memberships paid in full. Monthly payment may be cancelled at anytime. Cancellation fee is $40.00.

WAIVER
I hereby agree that the foregoing Registration Form shall be binding upon myself, and my family if applicable, that are indicated on this form. I agree to indemnify the Morris Wellness Centre, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, property owners, successors and assigns from and against all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my family (if applicable), myself, or personal property resulting from any claim which may be advanced by or on behalf of my family or myself. Howsoever, in the event and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the Morris Wellness Centre, it’s directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, property owners, successors and assigns. I acknowledge that I have read this document and completely understand it before signing, and have had the opportunity to obtain explanation to its content.
