Product Description

Join Yoga instructor and Ayurvedic Health Counsellor, Jodi Griffith, for this 8-week program to explore yoga in your body.

You will:

  • Explore different yoga poses and breathing and mindfulness practices and see which ones work best for you and how to get them to work best for you
  • Discover your breath-body connection and how you can use this daily to improve your wellness
  • Learn about your body’s natural tendencies, what imbalances might look like and how to bring more balance to your physical, mental and emotional well-being
  • Learn about diet and lifestyle routines that will support you daily and seasonally

Each week we will practice yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques and bring awareness and presence into our lives.
