Important Connection information

• Install is free with a two-year service commitment.  If the homeowner does not want a two-year commitment, installs are currently priced at $550
• They will provide a router for a rental fee of $5/month
• Homeowners can use their own routers if they prefer, and the optical to RJ-45 converter will be provided with the install
• Base service will be at 25 MBPS download speed
• TV services are expected to be in place by install, as is home phone
