- How can I become a member?
- All memberships can be purchased through our website.
- Payments can be made through the website or via E-transfer if paying for a full year.
- The Morris Multiplex and Town of Morris are not able to provide memberships.
- How do I access the gym?
- Gym members need a fob to enter our 24/7 facility.
- Fob are purchased with a $10 refundable deposit by emailing our Gym Manager.
- Elevator access subject to Morris Multiplex hours.
- What are the gym hours?
- The Morris Wellness Centre is open 24/7 via the West Entrance.
- Gym Manager office hours may differ.
- Elevator access is subject to Morris Multiplex hours.
- How do I get my key fob?
- Once you have purchased a membership you need to email our Gym Manager to arrange a time to pick up your fob.
- Fobs are purchased with a $10 refundable deposit.
- I have an old fob, is it automatically renewed when I buy a new membership?
- If your key fob is expired, it will not automatically renew when you purchase a new membership.
- You need to email our Gym Manager via email with your fob number to get it reactivated.
- You do not need to purchase another fob.
- I want to bring a friend, can I?
- YES! We always encourage members to work out with a friend if you want to.
- If your friend does not have a membership they can pay a $5 drop in fee. There is a drop box for cash near the West Entrance.
- The Wellness Centre has two (2) entrances, which one do I use?
- It is recommended that all members use the West Entrance with their fob.
- The Morris Wellness Centre can only be accessed through the Multiplex while the Multiplex is open.
- I need to cancel my membership; how do I do that?
- To cancel your monthly membership, you need to contact the Gym Manager.
- All cancellations are subject to a $40 Cancellation Fee
- No refunds will be given for memberships paid in full
- I would like to return my fob.
- In order to return your fob and get your $10 deposit back you need to contact our Gym Manager via email.
- Funds from the deposit can be used against your cancellation fee if you so choose.
- What can I expect from the gym?
- All members are required to wear clean indoor shoes when coming to gym.
- All members need to sanitize their equipment after each use. Sanitizer and rags are provided.
- We have showers available to members.
- We have a water fountain available to members.
- Shirts must be worn by all members at all times.
- QR codes with instructions on how to use machines are available on most equipment.
