What can I expect when I come into the gym?
All members must purchase a fob for $10.00– to access our facility. Fobs can be picked up by making an appointment and meeting one of our staff members at the west entrance.
The Multiplex/Town Office cannot assist you with memberships or fob pick-ups. 
Showers/water fountains are open.
All members must sanitize all equipment after each use.

We would like to remind all members CLEAN indoor shoes are required when using our facility.

What are your hours? 
24 hours/7days a week

Where do i purchase a gym membership? -NEW-
Gym staff are available by appointment only. This means you will need to email and book a time and meet us at the 24 hour entrance (west entrance). Please email us with all inquiries-  morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com
-NEW- The Morris Multiplex office / the Town of Morris Office Staff cannot assist you with any gym inquires or fob pick-ups. 

How do I become a member? 
Click the link below and choose the membership that best suits you, add the membership to your cart (must register) and pay for your membership.

How can I access the walking track? 
The walking track can no longer be accessed through any fob. The walking track access is available by the main entrance of the Morris Multiplex.

Can I request a refund on my membership?
Refunds or membership transfers are not available. If your unsure on your circumstances or do not want to commit for a year, your option is to purchase a 1 month membership. If you sign up for a one year membership(monthly payments and choose to cancel you will be charged a one time fee of $40.00.

How do I pick up my fob?
FOBS are REQUIRED at this time. Fobs can be purchased at the gym on select days/times. Please make an appointment
by emailing  morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com.

How do I return my fob? 
Fobs can be returned by appointment only. Please email morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com to book an appointment.

I have an old fob  is it activated automatically? 
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee old fobs will work. We suggest booking an appointment and staff can  confirm your fob is connected with your account.

The MWC has two entrances can I use the Multiplex entrance? 
The Multiplex entrance is closed until further notice, we ask all members to use the Main Entrance of the Morris Wellness Centre.

How come you aren’t staffed like other gyms?
We are a non-profit facility and want to ensure all our proceeds go directly back to running and upgrading our facility. Staff are available by appointment and can assist by email.  morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com

I have a question that hasn’t been answered, who can I call?

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct phone line however please feel free to email and we can answer any questions or concerns morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com. Emails will be returned within 48 hours.

Can I donate to the Morris Wellness Centre?
The Morris Wellness Centre accepts donations as it is a non profit facility. Please email us for more information. morriswc.memberservices@gmail.com
