  1. How can I become a member?
    1. All memberships can be purchased through our website.
    2. Payments can be made through the website or via E-transfer if paying for a full year.
    3. The Morris Multiplex and Town of Morris are not able to provide memberships.
  2. How do I access the gym?
    1. Gym members need a fob to enter our 24/7 facility.
    2. Fob are purchased with a $10 refundable deposit by emailing our Gym Manager.
    3. Elevator access subject to Morris Multiplex hours.
  3. What are the gym hours?
    1. The Morris Wellness Centre is open 24/7 via the West Entrance.
    2. Gym Manager office hours may differ.
    3. Elevator access is subject to Morris Multiplex hours.
  4. How do I get my key fob?
    1. Once you have purchased a membership you need to email our Gym Manager to arrange a time to pick up your fob.
    2. Fobs are purchased with a $10 refundable deposit.
  5. I have an old fob, is it automatically renewed when I buy a new membership?
    1. If your key fob is expired, it will not automatically renew when you purchase a new membership.
    2. You need to email our Gym Manager via email with your fob number to get it reactivated.
    3. You do not need to purchase another fob.
  6. I want to bring a friend, can I?
    1. YES! We always encourage members to work out with a friend if you want to.
    2. If your friend does not have a membership they can pay a $5 drop in fee. There is a drop box for cash near the West Entrance.
  7. The Wellness Centre has two (2) entrances, which one do I use?
    1. It is recommended that all members use the West Entrance with their fob.
    2. The Morris Wellness Centre can only be accessed through the Multiplex while the Multiplex is open.
  8. I need to cancel my membership; how do I do that?
    1. To cancel your monthly membership, you need to contact the Gym Manager.
    2. All cancellations are subject to a $40 Cancellation Fee
    3. No refunds will be given for memberships paid in full
  9. I would like to return my fob.
    1. In order to return your fob and get your $10 deposit back you need to contact our Gym Manager via email.
    2. Funds from the deposit can be used against your cancellation fee if you so choose.
  10. What can I expect from the gym?
    1. All members are required to wear clean indoor shoes when coming to gym.
    2. All members need to sanitize their equipment after each use. Sanitizer and rags are provided.
    3. We have showers available to members.
    4. We have a water fountain available to members.
    5. Shirts must be worn by all members at all times.
    6. QR codes with instructions on how to use machines are available on most equipment.
